Welcome to HEALTH HOUSE UK (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a health and wellness platform that allows users to earn rewards (referred to as “Gainz”) for engaging in healthy activities through our mobile application and website (the “App” and “Website”). Please carefully review these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) before using the App, Website, or participating in any of the reward programs offered by HEALTH HOUSE UK.

By using the App, Website, creating an account, or engaging in any activities related to the App, Website, or the rewards program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any applicable laws. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App, Website, or participate in the rewards program.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the HEALTH HOUSE UK rewards program, you must:

Be at least 16 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if under 16.

Have access to a compatible mobile device or computer to download and use the App or access the Website.

2. How the Rewards Program Works

Tracking Activities: You are responsible for ensuring that any activity data you submit is accurate and reflects your actual behavior. HEALTH HOUSE UK reserves the right to review, audit, and, if necessary, invalidate any activities that do not comply with the program rules.

Redemption of Gainz: Gainz can be redeemed for rewards such as discounts, vouchers, products, or services available in the App or Website. The specific rewards available for redemption and the number of Gainz required will be listed within the App and Website and are subject to change at any time.

3. Account Registration and Security

To participate in the rewards program, you must create an account with HEALTH HOUSE UK by providing accurate personal information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.

You agree to provide truthful and complete information and update it as necessary to keep your account accurate.

4. Rewards Points (Gainz)

Gainz Allocation: Gainz are awarded based on the completion of specific activities outlined in the App or Website. The number of Gainz earned may vary based on the activity type and the guidelines in place.

Validity of Gainz: Gainz may have an expiration date, which will be stated in the App or Website. If Gainz are not redeemed within the validity period, they may be forfeited.

Non-Transferability: Gainz are personal to your account and are non-transferable. They cannot be exchanged for cash or sold.

5. Program Modifications and Termination

Termination by You: You may stop participating in the rewards program at any time by deactivating your account through the App or Website.

Termination by HEALTH HOUSE UK: We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, Website, and the rewards program if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.

6. Fraud and Misuse

You agree not to engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unethical behavior while participating in the rewards program. This includes but is not limited to:

Providing false or misleading information.

Manipulating or altering activity data to earn Gainz unfairly.

Engaging in activities that could harm the integrity of the App, Website, or the rewards program.

If HEALTH HOUSE UK suspects fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to revoke any Gainz earned, suspend your account, or take legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

This includes any technical failures, errors, or interruptions in the service, or any loss or misuse of your Gainz.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
